Rose and I shared a conversation on past loves and how people let love slip through their fingers often for money...the following collaboration was the result of this conversation,,,thanks Rose

Years and Tears

(A collaboration between Fee and Rose)

The years slipped by after your heartless sigh, while my memories of you grew thin, heartbreaks heal and sadness can steal the forgetful pain within

Bittersweet fears fills my eyes with tears, memories I hid from heart cheaply sold, I gave away the love from up above, and left you in the cold

Then life was blind and next turned kind, I found my way out of the dark, to love again despite the pain, someone new erased your mark

I lost the chance I gave up the dance, of my memories of love forever true , but deep inside I couldnít hide the love I always felt for you

Oh donít get me wrong our love was strong, but it can never rise for shame, you changed my mind and though not unkind, Iíll pass on making the same mistake again

So she hid her fears wiped her tears, settled for a life alone and blue, I lost my sun with what I done, Iíll consign myself to life without you

Two hearts will always contain love for one another but that love will never be fulfilled as it once was so many years agoÖ

So true. We get so caught up in 'making a living' that we forget how to 'live'...

Well done and well worded. Makes my mind wonder when I think back on a situation like this whether the parties were just following a plan already set forth and truly had no other options. Lady J

Oooooh, I come home to such beauty. Rose, Fee, this is so touching and reminiscent. And I love the style you two put together. Somehow, everything I've tucked away this week just isn't going to measure up. Well done. Love it.

Sweets and smiles

A sad one, so profoundly expressed that one cant help but remember and wonder at life's 'what-ifs'. But pain of loss and longings are somehow avenues where one can make something beautiful and worthwhile, like writing these meaningful verses. Well done, Fee and Rose! My very best to both of you.

Be well,
Sheri

And then...how I envy those that knew, if only once, what love was all about!!!!!!
Nice collaboration Rose, but watch for Fee's Newfouland's warm bath.

You two share the same passions, heartbeat and even pain. You give so many others a chance to open their hearts and try love again.
