“Jupiter Falls”

Her hips transferred the energy of her power
triangulated upwards towards her navel
as Jupiter falls swiftly below the horizon
of a grapefruit sunset between her thighs
she swivels barely a heartbeat away
while her feminine torso twists and turns
and her omnipresent breasts hover free
suspended above by invisible threads
mesmerizing with such beautiful precision
reaching into me like pomegranate roots
penetrating the framework of my aching
with the tentacles of her untainted love
a liquid paragraph of sweet sensual sighs
issues forth from her soft half parted lips
saturating the hollows of my waiting flesh
with the brilliant hues of sacred moons
where I am awakened by her restless tides
and the throbbing of an incessant heart
as she turns the pages of pure ecstasy
with the vibrations of her quivering thighs

We stand midstream in the river Nile
where this love in the ripples was born
under magenta skies and a crescent moon
existent prematurely above our heads
our hands palm to palm pressed firmly
facing each other in the patient light
an aura surrounds the passion of our bodies
the atoms of our energy revive in a mist
through the magic of sweet love and lust
in the restless hunger that resides within
she sees me through dark chrome shadows
where I melt contentedly in her radiance
like a pocket watch upon the frozen ledge
springing forth in the dawn of her smile
transformed in the white light of a kiss
as our skin sloughs off in the heat of love
and the ancients stand in our shadows
content in the revised hunger of our eyes

We reflect the destiny of our obsessions
wrapped up in the heat of dear mother earth
that envelops us in the art of our intimacy
painting our pleasures in unbridled exchanges
inside each other in the thrusts of salvation
waking to the whispers of the soft falling rain
while the muted flickering candles resign
and the comfort of each other’s warmth resides
embraced fully through eternity’s gilded gates
the obverse and inverse melded in the passion
elevated with the fury of embers in the wind
and Jupiter falls into our hearts and souls
where it splashes in the aftermath of lust
and is reborn in the pursuit of our elation
as it strikes the ocean of dream and desire
enveloping us with bright stars and galaxies
before we fall asleep in each other’s arms

This is superb writing, Amor, with a natural fluency without punctuation and with minimal use of 'and'...that is so hard to achieve,
and the images and their range and impact are simply top drawer.

Amor, as an astrologer, I was attracted to your title first of all. Knowing your style, I anticipated the sensuality of the writing and the intense use of imagery to paint rich pictures in the mind of the reader. However, the painting was an extraordinary touch. Some of the lines defy logic, but have an overwhelming appeal, such as "I melt contentedly in her radiance like a pocket watch upon the frozen ledge springing forth in the dawn of her smile..." Lovely, indeed.
