Its about meeting someone special who will only be there a short time. Cherish that moment in time for it will stay with you forever.

A Little Bright Spot

Everyone has a little bright spot,

That comes in and out of their lives.

They don't happen near enough,

With how quickly the moment flies.

Those precious little bright spots,

Are very special and rare.

I think the way they happen is through,

Our nightly prayer.

When they come and stay awhile,

They lighten up our day.

And always leave a tender spot,

When they depart and go away.

Thank God for little bright spots,

They make our lives worth living.

For without them to look forward to,

There wouldn't be Thanksgiving.

When one does come and makes your day,

Hold on to it awhile.

For when it leaves and goes away,

It will leave you with a smile.

You were my little bright spot that

Was in my life awhile.

I wanted you to know that and to know,

You made me smile.
