*not always what it seems
out of all of the things....we be
the prettiest brown I'D ever seen
standing there tux, voilin and the leaves play sonnets

The sky fallin' round here at a steady pace

misshaphen forms collide in clouds twisted with reality

teasingily hanging nooses in four-hundred years

spirit as rich as the soul

roots dugged deep

massive as locks twisted and oiled

tunes still comes from sun baked bellies

the moaning grown still sitting in deep waters

they just don't reconize it yet

(it takes a little time now to think)

same hands as mothers before midnight trains

same feets before air and sport

sky was fallin' then too

and we don rise and fall from all the chaos

life force

and we shall rise and fall again

tunes sweet as morning rain hard as hail storms

always be white sheets gainst black seas

always will be maneveur used to grow from

sky like ashe grey fallin' wit toxic rain all round my house

and i sang like my mama sang like her mama sang

all praises

Mitzi,

Strong beginning, the poem is haunting, yet filled with hope--well done.
