We here in the U.S. so often forget our blessings...I stole these pictures from a site seeking contributions...type Dufar into your search engine...its about being human...

My little girl was raped today,
Her body violated by zealots full of hate,
Her life not of any concern,
Her lot only another lost one to fate.

My daughter is angry,
Her new dress not what she had hoped,
Her game upon the Wie,
Not what she had originally scoped.

My children have again gone without food,
The land yields us no sustanence,
And there is so little to be had here,
Our lives hang on with such reluctance.

My kids do not want pizza tonight,
They balk at Mac and Cheese,
And makes me want to scream,
Their pickyness brings me to my knees.

The sun bakes my little boys dying face,
It seems as if no one really cares.
We are people too,
Yet no one cares how our life fares.

My car is acting up again,
My hair won't stay in place.
I cannot get my kids to do well in school,
They absolutely have no grace.

We are not long for this world,
For we are not in your thoughts.
We have been forgotten,
For we are Dufar away....

Dear Jim,

Clearly you write from your soul. I can relate. I mean that respectfully. Love and best wishes to you, my friend,

Heart breaking however we know that these things are all too true.
Outstanding presentation I surely hope as many people as possible will support the efforts that are directed toward Dufar. The photographs are beautiful and painfully sad when you look within their eyes.

Thank you for sharing James and blessings to you,

Thank God, indeed, for blessings, here - well said.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
