A Bad Penny

Human conduct is a true conumdruml; following another without reason or reward.

A Bad Penny

Self criticism is a natural malady, but why we want to
help the process is stupefying when closely analyzed.
Those who can't seem to stay in the good conduct lane
insist on reaching out, wanting to gather company in
the process of dragging themselves and others down.
Such conduct could be ignored if a perpetrator didn't
make being a bad actor, a law breaker, a bad penny,
reflect the irresistible attraction within its bright shine.

I can realate to this so deeply, I try not to keep kicking myself in the butt of things I've done wrong, I don't judge others, for the mistakes I have made myself, I hang with friends who have good attitude and want the best for them and me. When, they find out, I am taking classes, they sorta, get down on theirselves, I've even had one chick, why are you doing this, your so "old" I told her, there is no age limit to improve yourself, try it, and it might change your attitude, but she is one of those who keeps gettting into trouble, wasting valuable time, my gf and I just shake our heads, a mind wasted, she could go as far as the mind takes you, so we don't hang with her. I am taking online classes, to go into Crime Analysis, some snicker, some say go for it, and that's what I'm going to do, for I know i have a lot to offer, despite the mistakes I have made.

I believe that as long as 'bad pennies' are given the publicity they crave, they will grow and muliiply...Great thought provoking piece, my friend.. M

A really good thought provoker, Bill. Thinking out loud though, I wonder if the US Mint could separate a bad penny from all the good ones.

Cheers always,
