Sunshine, coffee, tea, a big smile, a pat on the back, may all of these be yours at a snap of a finger. ['k, it's a tall order, but it's for a tower of strength and ingenuity. Wishes could make it all happen, be y o u r s. An' 'en some!! Loving thoughts from out

| Hi Karla--You've got the tanka form down. I have to warn you, though. You got me started writing them and now I can't stop! It's an addiction. :) I'm on number 84 now. It's a good form for expressing your feelings easily in a simple structure. |

Well Karla, I would love to agree because I love sun beams and moonbeams, but these days in Connecticut the sun is hardly shining...So I am afraid I have to accept the coffee beans...to the sun's power of healing and positive energy, please send some our way!!!!!!

filtered through the clouds?" sunbeams sounds like sun dried coffe beans, and the cloud is an excellent filter. That's my kind of coffe! |

| Hey, I'm glad you brought this up (though not likely to make me give up coffee) Did you know the latest research is that by taking a sunbath for only 10' everyday you get all the important Vitamin D you need and that it is a positive factor in keeping away heart trouble as you age (especially in men for some reason) ON that note: I'm heading out for a 10' sunbreak in my side yard... later, michael (computer fixed?) |
