Good morning! :)

Who needs coffee when
you have beautiful sunbeams
filtered through the clouds?
A lovely way to jump start
the dawning of a new day.

Now this is an approach to stimulus that makes sense. Why use caffeine when sunbeams offer so much more. With no ill effects to our bodies. Jon Michael Willey

How right you are. . .as always! But. . .can I have a leetle bit of caffeine with the sunshine you are spreading? Hooked, I'm afraid.
Sunshine, coffee, tea, a big smile, a pat on the back, may all of these be yours at a snap of a finger. ['k, it's a tall order, but it's for a tower of strength and ingenuity. Wishes could make it all happen, be y o u r s. An' 'en some!! Loving thoughts from out

Perfection, but I need a morning coffee. Sorry. And I can't wait to get into the office tomorrow for a cup of vanilla flavored coffee. I miss it so much when I'm on the road. I've been gone for two weeks and am craving it now! ~ Sara

Hi Karla--You've got the tanka form down. I have to warn you, though. You got me started writing them and now I can't stop! It's an addiction. :) I'm on number 84 now. It's a good form for expressing your feelings easily in a simple structure.

Well Karla, I would love to agree because I love sun beams and moonbeams, but these days in Connecticut the sun is hardly shining...So I am afraid I have to accept the coffee beans...to the sun's power of healing and positive energy, please send some our way!!!!!!

Peace, love, and light,

"you have beautiful sunbeams
filtered through the clouds?" sunbeams sounds like sun dried coffe beans, and the cloud is an excellent filter. That's my kind of coffe!

Sounds like your headache is gone. Welcome Day!! Only it decided to snow this morning (again), alighting on my drindling stiff drifts, but it was wet snow, and it's melting the underlayers, so I guess that's good news. --Charlie

Hey, I'm glad you brought this up (though not likely to make me give up coffee) Did you know the latest research is that by taking a sunbath for only 10' everyday you get all the important Vitamin D you need and that it is a positive factor in keeping away heart trouble as you age (especially in men for some reason) ON that note: I'm heading out for a 10' sunbreak in my side yard... later, michael (computer fixed?)

You've defined "the dawning of" my days. I'm not a coffee drinker, and the first thing I do each morning is raise the blinds so that big eastern sun pours its light into my window.
