Spring has made its arrival announced. It is a beautiful day here. The ironic part of this is the fact that if the sun shines continuously with no sign of rain we will soon miss the gray skies that shed water to give life to the earth.

Some days the sky is covered over by clouds and as such darkened.

We cry for the dazzling illumination of the sun but it does not Harkin.

The day is darkened by clouds and light is dim and glum,

Dulled, dusky, misty, dismal and obscure and depressing to some

But what joy when the sun comes out dazzling and bright.

What joy when night skies are clear and every star is in sight.

The cloudless sky sings its own refrain.

Today and tonight there is no sign of rain.

Those days that seemed so desolate are soon forgotten and out of mind.

It is a day of brilliant sunshine and radiant moon glow we find.

If we had no rainy days that seem so murky and dismal

We would not appreciate the sunshine, blue skies and white clouds at all

Love the contrast of sun and rain.

The calm, after the storms - tornadoes AGAIN last night - thank God, we're safe. :) Beautiful image - now it's peaceful, sunny, much less humid. Serenity in your words - well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
