|A student asked Plato: DO YOU BELIEVE IN A POET? His answer was:
~ Whether I believe or not is not the matter; what counts is that I live in such a manner that people believe in Poetry.
"Ode to Poets: Susan deVegter" adds dews of sublimity in the chalice of creativity.
Thank You for honoring a true artist of the VERB whose platinum pen is set on a quill from the Eagle's nest and the ink's jar is filled with ichor and ink with aroma of love scented with perfume from flowers of the garden of Mother Poet.
Your celebration of the NATIONAL POETRY MONTH is making me believe in the healing grace of Poetry.

|Susan is a sweetheart and a fine talent; so are you, Karla. Thanks for your tributes to some of AD's finest. As for myself, I'm happy to be a "transplanted" southern poetess. Ohio is and will always be, home.

|It's a pleasure to behold the beauty of my surroundings and then write about it, as you do the storms. There are certain things in nature that take hold of us and through our eyes we are better able to animate it for our readers. With me it's southern hospitality and charrm and with you, and you're right there with us southern writers...it's the emotions that are delegated to pour out the fear and beauty of nature. So charming are you, dear Karla, that the media picked up on your worthiness to share you with the world.
Thank you for your very kind tribute for me. I needed it , especially today Dear one.
Blessings of love,
