|This is so true of animals. This made me think of my cat, Joll, and how on bad days, snuggling up in her fur and the scent and warmness of her just makes me realize what beauty and the blessings of God that are in animals. This was great.|

|I am not a horse person, as a city boy wanting to be country boy they always scared me even as the idea of riding high in the saddle across the range always seemed romantic to me. I do admire and love the beauty of these majestic animals and can well understand how they could reduce stress in anyone.

|Karen, this so relays what love does to the soul...you brought to life a true love between you and your horses. The images, the sense of smell, and the feelings (in my mind) of visualizing your love for each other could be totally felt as I read this. It is what I call...a poem that imprints an everlasting image. Loved it!|

|To ride free away from the stress is truly living. :) Beautifully said, Karen! As Karen Lynn (below) said, we relieve our stress by holding a friend's kitten on our laps. :) Hard to hold a horse, there LOL Still and all, it's all natural, and no charge! Whoo-hoooo!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

|Riding horses is a great way to relieve stress. So is holding a little purring kitten on your lap; did that last night when we went to a friend's house, and I'm still smiling when I think of the little kitten. Oh, he was precious! Very well penned, Karen; brava!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
