Navy Ink
And the dying smile onto one another
Day’s sensation will be felt by others
And the wisest will see wisdom in the fool
Unaware of hope the fool craters in cool
And the dance ends in a slow song
Every mind settles the memory of the night long
Which are you? The mongrel of discontent
Or the abider of the harbinger’s intent
Craving for the sunken sun of year’s ago
I feel cowardly towards building an ego
Gifted and crafted the pen impresses the symbol onto paper
Outlining the code in adding descript to a long forgotten caper
And if you find meaning in what I write
Tell me because I never wrote in the light.
