Sometimes our verse can get tangled in our struggle

All my life I've been a poet,
I just didn't know it.
My personal struggle inside,
was taking me for a ride.
I had to call myself aside,
then deep down confide.

I started poeming during the melee,
so my verse went the same way.
I used poetry as a tool,
even started reacting like fool,
quite a few times I lost my cool.
I knew I wasn't right,
but it was on with whatever fight.

I won my struggle down deep,
hope the monster will keep.
I still get taxed,
but I've learn to be more relaxed.
Quite a few things got solved,
as my style of verse evolved.
My battle inside is under control,
so my verse can
shake, rattle and roll.

I am glad the poet won, so I can stop by and see what's really going on. Nice rhyming scheme and that is hard to do. Peace my brothah.
