|Good write, but regrets are in the past and this is telling us to go on to the future too, yesterday is never forgotten and we really cannot do it over again, although sometimes we might want to. It is a good meaningful poem and is such a great write. Good thinking on your part too. **********|

Still grabbing and ripping out the heart I see! And you do it so well. Just hope it's not yours that's tearing.
Regrets are like the teaspoon of cod liver oil that Mom or Grandma gave us for acting bad or whining too much. We had no choice but to take it..whether it done any good or not, who knows!
One day at a time..and just hope and pray tomorrow gets here with a sweeter taste.
Great write Belle!

|I think how many of us weren't really "taught" to love ourselves. Isn't it sad? Parents should do so early in a child's life. But if the parents have problems... Good write but also we move on...as Karla says... new and good things are round the corner...|

|Powerfully penned, La Belle, but you can't spend your life regretting what could have been - well done - you know how to get to the heart and soul of the matter in your poetry.
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

|Lovely and touching write, no more regrets, do that dance cheek to cheek, do let one more day go by without saying what's in your heart. We cannot do anything about the yesterdays but we can certainly control tomorrows. Lovely write, Love, Bonnie|

|Tender nostalgia that brings a lump to the throat thinking of all that may have been but can no longer have that chance, I know we should not regret our past mistakes or omissions but in reality if we have hearts we will have regrets. Hugs

|I relate too well to this poem. Tears I have plenty of along with the regrets. I try to tell myself that to have regrets means I have lived, which is the case some of the time. So much of what you wrote I too feel. Excellent poem, now I think I will go read feeling frisky again. Liz|

|Bylines and timelines...I'm certain that the real time database of love we collect during our Twilight Regret expedition in life is an opportunity, at our age now, to finally realize there has come a chance to really see what's out there...and yes, true love only comes around once in a lifetime, Belle...we must never silence our shooting star...love lives in the firelight...
