It is probably a disaster in translation into German, but Itranslated a part of it. Read A to C, parts D and E are more a therapeutic rant.

Reason To Write Dark Poetry (Grund, Dunkle Dichtung Zu schreiben)

(The medicinal reason. Partial German verse below.).

A)

Inside the depth of fermenting seeds

Storming forth among cesspool’s cancer

Digging nails ever deeper into sorrows

Tearing a soul hereunder, in such pain.

Does one ignore ‘inner’ Global warming?

Where it destroys the core being of life,

Looking the other way among denial,

While glaciers boil inside volcanoes.

Seconds into hours days years eons,

A smile grows frustrated into frowns.

Grain into pebbles rock mountains,

A earth quake demon~strates irritation.

Piece of paper poetry ranting verse,

Darkness within escaping its prison;

Released decay of air freshener releases,

Relief having vented the closed window.

Escaping words of venom being torn,

Burned into the winds, forever lost,

Stored inside safety deposit boxes,

Sometimes said aloud to other’s deaf ears.

Alas, the Freedom spirit to move about

Having spring-cleaned decaying trash,

Wings re-sprouting the garden within

Weeding out a clogged mind’s pain.

B)

Yet, sometimes someone else’s nails

Reads Poetry to spill over on damnation

That live has spilled inside those tears

That flood torrents of turmoil whirlpools.

Poets listen to hurricane human destruction

That one person’s tattered life sheds in gloom

Babe, child, adolescent, adult abuse memories

Twisting apart among Poet’s questioning words.

Who, what, when, why did she suffer so?

Can a Poet’s words stop hands from scaring,

Or words wrath humbling one’s self esteem

Father, mother, husband, wife of torture.

Writing about it assumes you are guilty,

The chastiser whip scarring life with words,

For society sweeps cruelty under the rug,

Forbidden territory opening minds about abuse.

C)

Like Abu Ghraib it must lay hidden from reality

But writing soothes the soul’s conscience.

That White House torture is redefined silence

Where Poet’s are banned their Free Speech tears.

Oh the Vietnam Tears, Katrina Tears, Iraq Tears,

Afghanistan Tears, Poverty Tears, Abu Graith Tears,

Guantanamo Tears, Constitutional Tears, patriot Tears

Where Poetry is censored in human Patriot Act tears.

Revolutionary Civil World Korean Vietnam Iraq Wars,

Veterans, who have been ambushed by their governments

Denial of the mental anguish of inflicting death on others,

Needing Free Speech to speak out from the demons within.

A piece of paper flying the colors of fallen comrades

And those whose Intelligence was never questioned.

Race of politicians, whose Homework failed America

Muted on veteran censored coffins dying in utter shame.

D)

So release the corporate bond upon your own home

That no American dwelling must be censored its rants.

Venting upon the abuse and torture within our rights

To openly question by venting open our mind’s freely.

So Tali-Bama have you amputated Poetry’s fingers

Literally Liberally Literary like Tali-Bama Libraries.

Banning books among America’s diverse diversity

Calling  Poets “Obscene” for writing about any abuse.

They terminated a soul, so one lives in De-Termination

Wanting them to un-ban, one’s home sweet home words

Make an apology for calling an Alabama worker “Obscene”

Allowing workers Constitution rights writing their homes.

E)

So, that is the reason to write dark Poetry in retirement

After the Alabama Corporation, said, “Do not tell anyone

That you were ‘Terminated for Poetry’ but did a great job.

We will highly recommend you for your dedication.”

So every day, I dedicate Poetry upon negative pay scales.

Where HeArt Beats come out in American Artmosphere’s

Wealth praying for our homes Corporate Independence,

Where Constitutional law of due process applies to true

Liberal Arts painting patriotic Freedom ‘n Democracy

Of God Bless Human religions with real Katrina Tears.

Even in storms of Vietnam Veteran therapeutic rnting

Of Mission Accomplished, Abu Graith, Guantanamo

Where our homes become Civil Liberties denied prisons

Where like Alabama’s Siegelman, we are denied stationary.

(Partial)

Grund, Dunkle Dichtung Zu schreiben

A)

Ignoriert man Erderwärmung?

Sekunden in Stunde-Tagesjahr-Äonen,

Ein Lächeln wächst vereitelt ins Stirnrunzeln.

Das Korn in Kieselsteine schaukelt Berge,

Ein Erdbeben demon~strates Verärgerung.

Stück der Papierdichtung, die Vers herumschimpft,

Finsternis innerhalb des Entgehens seinem Gefängnis;

Baby, Kind, Jugendlicher, missbraucht Erwachsener Erinnerungen

Note: I am not sure if the translation worked, but the free translation had character limitations. If you want me to do more let me know. It is probably a disaster.

The poets write for the ones whose voices cannot be heard, poets are messengers who express sadness, sorrows, happiness, joys, and love all through the world.
