...sort of...

Just two days ago

Twas eighty degrees or so

The sky a bright blue

To that though we had to bid

This day a rain of torrential proportions

The sky gray with cloud distortions

Needed the rain did we hereabouts

To those with pain, came bodily

Tis’ the month of May

Our world in disarray

The only happiness today

Is thinking of the beauty of my love
