|I have found that the only way that my love pains are healed are through a new love... ...and still, there is always a lingering ache that remains. Thank you, my friend. Love and peace to you,

Time is the captive release of the inflictions of passions love.
Time stands still so that I will feel my loss too from the passions of love I can no longer embrace,
until the heart heals its wounds I stand still at he mercy of the sands of time.

|Jon, it's difficult to rid one's self from the ghost that lingers in our hearts...time doesn't heal the grip the ghost has on our souls and our eternal memories that keep us captors to them. A fantastic write.|

|Thank you so much Jon for penning the puzzles of words in my heart, unable to quite grasp those floating thoughts into something that makes sense. Your poem uniquely and beautifully conveys the yearning and torture of breaking free of failed romance and dreaming for second chance. Well Done! Deborah:)|
