Nature's fury.

Silver chariots ride the blackness

Across the tips of jagged lightning strikes

Thru night's starless sky

Earth trembles, shakes

Thor heaves boom after boom

A repititious staccato of din

Mystery is alive

Within the shroud

Of heavy air

Amid the tumult

Reason is not available

Defense, fears of recompense

There is no fight

Only flight, left within me

Silver chariots, a melee

Pray, pray now

Let them be held at bay

Suddenly the moon and stars

Have erased the heavy air

And the mystery of its blackness

At peace now, rest, rest

Offer up no further tests

You have very effectively conveyed the storm's fury, Jon; I also read this on a level of a storm of one's soul. Thank you. Love, peace, and best wishes to you, my friend,

Oh, you sure wouldn't enjoy No. Texas, Jon - we're under storm and tornado watch again, through the night. So realistic how you poetize you Test; like you, I think "Offer up no further tests."
