I bought a roud the world ticket.
1st stop Thailand.
6 months later.
A very fertile & inspirational time.

Buddha sat watched

As the people bowed and prayed

They offered food and flowers

Money that they saved

He never moved a muscle

He sat with elegant ease

Though in the heart of the people

They knew he had been pleased.

1990

It's funny to simply look at things from the outside.
As a foreigner, one can do it without being conditioned
by a given culture. As a foreigner in the country where I live,
I feel free to do that too. Interesting.
