Some people are lost,

In the mitts of drugs and alcohol,

Trying to overcome a pain,

That it only seems to stall.

Facing it own theie own,

May become an overload,

Wanting a path to happiness,

Yet choosing the wrong road.

There’s other ways in the world,

That will  help them to face it,

Gave up to early on there search,

Thinking its not easy to place it.

My alcohol is replaced with love,

Giving is my antidrug,

I choose not to burry myself,

In a hole tat I have dug.

I want to change the world,

One person a time,

So I map out my objectives,

And pput them in a phyme.

I hope that people will read it,

Knowing all hope is not gone,

Want to help and understand them,

So they know they’re not alone.

I want to share my stories,

Hoping to touch atleast one,

Want them to feel the meaning,

In all that  the stories have done.

If only they coudl use them,

Understand them the way I do,

There would be a better world,

For both me and you.

Can you open up your heart,

To all that I have bared,

Can you try for a change,

Or are you just to scared.

Though my poems may seem to be,

About my pain and loss,

Its also about helping others,

They’re full of truths that I gloss.

Put a little something for everyone,

Who has had it rough,

Not pretending to know it all,

I’m also living thru this stuff.

This poem right here,

Or for those who can not cope,

Please read thru my poems,

For they shed alot of hope.

If you do feel lost,

In the mitts of what you do,

Don’t let it be drugs or alcohol,

But instead something true !
