When vital swoons
Of half-baked moons
Vital organs pass,
Their nouns push
Past proclivities
Of man-made runes.

I mean, why does
Each chapter end,
When the whole book
Hasn’t been read?

Oh sure, animalism,
Magnetism, chemicalism,
Spiritualism, chip-ism, goalism
Envelopes all, yet, differently.

I cannot escape
‘The Butterfly Effect’,
Moths consume me.
But, that’s okay,
They accept me, too.

I love the rhyming scheme in these lines, Erin, and the thought of half baked moons and moths - compelling! Well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
