With the passage of time

He learned one very important

Lesson –

To ask fewer questions,

Thereby making it possible to

Expect fewer answers.

It was in this way that he

Came to understand the

Value of living in the present.

The orphanage director in Haiti used to call me "Queen Question"...
I guess that says I have failed this test.

But, I see great wisdom in your words, and I am trying to stop expecting all the answers.... NOW!

A very insightful poem that offers a great message "to be learned". Taking life a moment at a time offers far more interesting things to do than peeking behind doors of the mind to see what is or might possibly be there. P.S. thanks for visiting my site and adding the photo.
