Late night (well, actually, early, early morning) musings ...

Red, ripe fruits, suddenly rare,
due to salmonella scare ---
we have all been put under
tomato warnings.  Thunder
no longer appears so bad:
no BLTs makes me sad.
-------------------------------------------------------
Persistence does not include
the weather, unless it's summer ---
heat and humidity is
the norm, the same old same bummer
of a pattern, day after
day --- maybe for variety
a pop-up thunderstorm --- or
maybe not.  Texas weather --- wheee!
-------------------------------------------------------
die, bug.  stop buzzing in
my ear!  ev'ry time my
hand draws near, off you go
until the next pass 'round
my head.  i want you gone,
i want you dead.  you are
getting on my last nerve ...
-------------------------------------------------------
... Will it storm tonight, or just
tease us?  Storms to the North
may or may not approach.  This
is what gets me, the uncertainty of
yes/no/perhaps.  Somebody will get
the forecast right.  Just don't know who.
-------------------------------------------------------
One hundred twenty eight
(probably less, by now)
minus twenty, maybe forty
(if lucky) reviews equals
a lot less than trackers, tracking ---
doesn't add up.  Totally bumfuzzled.
-------------------------------------------------------

You want bugs... zzzzzzzzz Come here, to the Ocala National Forest in Florida. I have spiders the size of ping-pong balls on my porch! and Deer Flies that look like flying clothes pins (bite is vicious!) but speaking of Wx: seems less flies this year than last due to the drought here I'm guessing. I don't mind. Bugs I got, but trackers few! You're lucky... mine 128-105...Later, michael

We all have those pet "buggy" peeves. When I see your but on the screen, it reminds me of the gnats that find their way into my kitchen and everytime I eat, here comes that pesky gnat. Oh well....

My dear ever so faithful reviewer Karen! Insomnia has me carefully going through my reviews and noticing without a beat your hand is always in the pot -- stirring encouragment and praise, baking batches of care. Tomatoes are my favorite~! I think I'll take the chance and eat em anyway! Well Done! Deborah
