As the rain

pelted my

windows

and blurred

my view my

 brain was steeped

in fog too

no sense

watching anyway

it was in vain

looking for a

love that had

been slain

my mind went

back to honey

colored days on

sunswept shores

where emerald

seas refreshed us

we embraced with

brazen bliss while

chopin's ballede's

enriched our bodies

 succulent kiss

with memories

such as this

perhaps the

rainy days will

serve to soften

the lonely future

i must endure

for i will never

 love another

The photo is also stunning.
The message, of course, is the best though...

Eileen, written with such eloquence and full of spirit. You have a way with words that draws this reader in and she absorbs every word. This is what I call beautiful and excellent.

Love watching
where the drops fall
and like tears,
downs, to touch the pane
we lean on...

Then, a Son shines down. . .
loving me once again
My whethers clearing up
where His love, forever reigns
in a place to take this pain, awash,
presenting me with a cleaner
more clearer view
a renewed drink
of life!
of love!
of rain. . . See where you bring me! Outstanding drops dripping down, where I was allowed to soak, whetted in muse...
Loved it!
Love and Peace~

Rainy days do not last forever. May the sunshine break through and cheer up and get you through much better times and days ahead. I am waiting for more sunshine in my life, but I know not in what way. Winning the lottery would be a nice shot of sunshine, too. Well, there has to be better days ahead than the ones I have right now too. Struggling on fighting off depression each day and waiting for peace.

This is a marvellously crafted write of melancholy, when one is bereft of one's love.. Don't you just hate it when you're stuck in the house with rain pouring down too long!!
