Welcome to my little corner of the
Den.  It's the one cluttered with
words:  afraid to move them.  Each
dreams of finding the perfect poem

to call its own:  who am I to disturb
their hopes?  And about the books:
dictionary, several Thesauri, novels
and more --- faithful friends.  Pens

consort with the Muse and verse is
born:  sometimes, they get carried
away.  It's a bit dusty, but it's my
place:  the one where I can come in,

kick off both shoes and relax.  The
door is always open for new ideas
and you are welcome to join me:
that is, if you don't mind the mess.

dust, the character acquired by those caring for many priceless possessions -- yours, the tools of your trade in this case-- your words, pens, Thesauri, dictionaries et. al. -- let them exist and commingle with the character, the dust -- I really like this one -- very innovative line of thought Karla -- God bless -- JMW

All my bags are packed,
I'm on my way,
Put on the tea
We'll dust another day.
Today we sit and relax awhile,
Put our feet up and act like a child.
Your words are all at home,
Soon you won't be alone.

Your words are fine Karla and so is your dust, mine has found a place to call home, lol.

I don't mind the mess; it is what makes our home our comfort zone. Sure, we have to straighten up once in a while, but at least it's not a disaster zone! LOL Great write, Karla; love the pic!
