Thank y'all, for yours. =]

Think He heard. Woke up to
a drumroll -- could it be??
Thunder??? Dolly's remnants,
a cold front teasing have
allowed scattered showers
and thunderstorms to pop,
bringing the century
marks to a halt ... for the
time being, anyway.
Not complaining: a break
is a break is a break.
Ran outside, began to
dance, a flash of lightning
drove me back inside --- thank
You Lord, for answered prayer.

I'm glad you guys got some rain from Dolly. You probably ended up with more rain from her than we did. The high pressure that has been parked off Galveston all summer has kept us safe from tropical systems, but because of it, we haven't had much rain. I love the picture!
Beautiful inspiration in your words.
