Choices i make

OBLIVION

A dawn that never ended
Made me feel so stranded
That my sadness will never pass
Overwhelmed by a gigantic mass
And the light will never come
That I felt I was going mad

Lost in my heart, I could never say
That I swam in chaos in every way
How I wished, this was just a dream
I could awake, still following the stream
And wasn't carved in eternity
And could be united in reality

Avoiding the world, taking the shadows
Feeling like a leprous confide on the meadows
Avoiding the light and walking in the night
I hide myself to lose their sight
Destroyed and eaten by my anger
I found that I could remember

If only I could fight
Crush the blackness of the night
And only I could heal
In your rays and your will
Change the brownness in my ways
Replacing it with the whiteness of the rays

The day that will never come
Followed by a night, only in my sight
The fear of the dark, the fear of reality
Turned me into a monster, out of normality
Making me feel so small
That in my phobia, I feel nothing at all

In the uncertainty of our destiny we roll
And in the unknown we fall
Following the flaming horses of doom
In the speedy chariot, hearing a big drum
Marking our way of life
Turning me from side to side

And at a crossroad I cry
Trying to decide where to die
Losing all my hopes, I make one step
Trying to forget what I was, a wreck
And in oblivion, I walk away
Free and having no one to obey
