|Good to the last cheesy ending! Definitely not an effortless effort. How long did it take you to write this?|

I like this. We all get tried in life and sometimes we wonder why we keep going. I went to Niagara Falls this week and the inspiration of seeing the peaceful falls was breathtaking. The rushing waters were humbling to see. Thank you for sharing your poems. We are all stubborn, as we wait on the lord and continue on life Journey.

|I heard a rumor
that the race for the cheese is over.
The rats won.
I heard the very same thing.

|EXceallant metaphoric prose that so wonderfully describes the way we as humans all too often go through life...do we even need to enter such a race I question myself at times. Well done Janet and Allend a poem that was defiantely worth repeating.

|Let the rats win the rat race.
Go at your own chosen pace
keep alive to the memory
Of winning that race...but it wasn't you?
Just remember next week at Beigeng. Many will start
Only one will win. But All Took Part.
Janet, you will always be a winner.

|I find the ending particularly sobering, Janet. Well done. Thank you. Love and best wishes to you,
