Fee, Hope you don't mind all in fun,,, my response to Fee's poem 'Beach Bums and Love. |

Barefoot sittin' on a log,
Writing a poem for the man I long.
Simple dress, sand between toes,
Mind wanders, as the tide goes,
My heart in granules on the beach,
Wishing you were within reach.
Wind whispers against my neck,
Imagining your breath, what the heck,
My walls have come down,
With a smile of this once frown.
Lets build a sandcastle,
Pick up the pieces, with no hassle,
Meet me after closing time,
Make this heart whole of mine.
Sing a song around the fire's glow,
Like you did so long ago,
Lets dream, under the stars in the sky,
I will be wearing only, but your neck tie.
Writing a poem, sittin' on a log,
Waiting for you to walk through this fog.

Absolutely enchanting...love the feel of this one, and who could go
wrong with a beach write. Will have to go back and catch up on the other poems.

| -- there is no fog in the clarity of this magnificent love poem Christine -- keep on the tie -- I'm on my way -- don't let the wind become to intimate with its whispering on your neck -- this is really a wonderful piece -- God bless -- JMW |

Christine I am truly honored and flattered that my poem inspired and helped create such a lovely write as you have offered here. I almost missed it for I didn't receive the notification about it for some reason (AD screw up again) but my cuz told me about it and so glad she die. After reading this I can see we defiantely do have to do a collab sometime.
hugs and beach sand burns
