sounds like you know the only recipe to "what the material world can do to a soul!" So it is "antimatter"! I used to particularly like taking an herbal tea on my rooftop (gable type)just past twilight.
I like your remedies... michael |

| Excellent way to detox mind, body, spirit, Debbie. Your final stanza has found it's truth in me since I've been writing these past four and a half years. Better out than in, I say! :)) Love, Kate xx |

Some will forgive, some can forgive, others try to forgive, I don't.
Everytime I see New York without its towers love is not the first thing that comes to my heart, but a bitter taste in my mouth of what in the name og God, Islam is poisoning the rest of the world.

Beautifully penned, Debby.
"perhaps whats deep
ain’t so bad
it’s just waitin’
for release"
It is a shame most folks wall it up inside.

I enjoyed this, reminded me of when I was a child on my back looking at the sky, watching the clouds shapes. Thanks for sharing.

| The perfect combination of "light" and "deep." Love "it's been around awhile" and "fold your body inside out wear your heart upon your sleeve." |
