Been a while
In the End...
Love, true love.

Finally I'm seeing clearly.
The light cast its faint shadow across the room.
How did I miss that light before?
Blue envelops the atmosphere.
I stare away at the walls, the ceiling
thinking how fun it would be to swim here.
Just to float through this nothingness.
How carefree it would be to float!
But what would I miss?
With pain and misery come love, hope, joy.
That's where I've been locked away for so long!
The blue light is simply the daylight
finally crashing against the wall of my jail.
All the pain, war, disease, famine, malice
have succeeded in their escape.
I am all that remains.
