... tired of getting hit ...
A bit bugged this morning. LOL
At the suggestion of several here, I sent this into the DFW newspapers. Fixing to send this to the candidates: let's see if they'll listen AND RESPOND.
|
... enough with the mudslinging, the
namecalling. Tired of getting hit by
clods of accusations and facts that
may or not be truth. Dirty politics
won't put food on the table; empty
promises will not pay the bills. Get
to the issues that are important to
us ----- that's all we want to hear!

Love the little bug......too bad we couldn't put it in the offices of our political leaders! You hit the nail right on the head, stop the mudslinging.....what ARE they REALLY going to do for us??
Now the solution to the financial crisis has become the action plan for the citizens. The big banks loan, citizens pay and are now still paying for the crisis the big bankers and finance companies have allowed to happen. What's wrong with the responsibility of our leaders?? Oh, I'd best get off the soap box.......lolololol!
Smiles,
Dorothy |

| So true Karla. I'm thinking about starting a nation wide petition calling for a hold on this election. Personally, I think we should hold a new primary and find two new candidates. And both Obama (Osama as you call him [I do too. lol] and McCain should be bared from the new primary. hmmmmmmmmmmm. You know something? I'm going to start that petition. Care to sign it? |

I almost poked a hole in my screen to get rin of that BUG ... LOL
Karla, I dearly wish that your little piece could be put on tons of posters and shown all over the place at their speeches and debates. These candidates must live in a fantasy-land where they are unaware that we have serious problems and the American people are in a serious mood about it. Right on, Sweetie. Wrint on :-)

Politics are always dirty. I hope with all the mudslinging and everything, Anericans know who to vote for the best, and not to make any mistakes. Take an active part in voting for the best. I know it seems none of them are good enough, but vote for the best one you like.

| Indeed! I am sick of incendiary comments that want people to believe one candidate is from Al Quaeda. Issues: how do you solve the mess the last 8 years have thrown us into? Not with lies and hate. Good poem and good thoughts. Eileen |
