i've yet to comprehend Atheria, a name gifted to me upon awakening, but i like her style and shall intend to call upon her often...*smiles*

High heart

it is there below the throat
yet above the chest
floating within your
light bodied being

radiant, intelligent
a pure matrix of expression
can you feel it?
With each breath
an incredible mysterious
purpose filters
through the cross hairs
of its central point

earth upon the horizontal axis
the sun upon the vertical

it is not the mind
the mind has been distorted
confused too long in misguided thought

it is not the heart
the heart has been jaded
abandoned and disrupted in human suffering

it is located in the high heart
the activation portal
the rising breath runs through it
do you feel it now? radiating golden energy

breathe into you  the vertical light
expel this breath through the high heart
upon the horizontal earthly plane
activate and awaken
this amazing sensation wearing your essence

you are... integration enmeshed upon imagination
the human instrument of higher consciousness here now

feel me breathe upon you sparkles of
beyond dimensions manifesting through your human being
right there....upon/within your high heart
close your eyes and feel
envision the cross of light upon you
*you are glowing*

so be it now upon earth as it is above

Atheria

Beautiful and illuminating...it stirs many feelings of just what is available to us if we persist in meditation....
I love the words 'breathe upon you sparkles of beyond dimensions'...blissful..

Love, Diana

I like these poems of yours about 'meditation' - I'm not familiar with the term "Atheria" but if she's a personification of that level of enlightment - must be something. And that "seventh" star or chakra is the "real" Christmas star. I used that idea in my novel "The Golden Flute"...
Thanks for the unusual ride...michael

Debby, please, transport us again to that ethereal world that you can see, teach us how to get near those feelings, and write, write so that gossamer illusion doesn't vanish!

It is the source of enlightenment that embodies us to reach and grasp the spiritual awakening of our souls...one only has to find the path and therin find the breath of life...

Oh my goodness!!! This is pure personal revelatory enlightenment, Debby and I so dig it!! Every strand and cross-fibre of this extra-ordinary write resonates across my bow-strings and I certainly know of what you speak. I'm fascinated, you with your "High Heart"... my own personal orientation isn't with the place of the thorax, but in the deep abdomen, the "root" beneath the mound of the umbilical... not sure what that means, but it is the seat of Voice, I think. This totally knocks me out. Self[-knowledge en extremis. Love it, thank you, Kate xx
