La Belle's Darlin Diva Sends A Letter To Santa

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Santa,
Donít I look cute on your lap? I curled my ears and topknot just for you and wore green Christmas bows above my ears. Since Iím a French Poodle I was wearing ďTojours AmourĒ perfume and I tried to give you a French kiss but you blocked my precious, little, pink tongue before I could kiss you. Refusing my kiss was a real insult and a blow to my self-esteem. Santa you really need to work on your Poodle skills!
I felt completely safe on your lap, as though you would never drop me or squeeze me too tight. Your white beard made a nice warm napping place and your cologne smelled like sugar and spice.
Just in case youíve forgotten what I asked for, hereís my list again.
1-Pink ear bows
2-Pink nail polish
3-A new pink fake fur jacket with a hood
4-New boots for my paws
5-A whole sack of chew toys, Iíll share with the other poodles who live with me
6-A jeweled collar, make it pink to match my bows
7- Peanut butter
8-A mirror that goes all the way to the floor so I can admire myself
9-A handsome chocolate stud dog
10-A home for all the shelter dogs and cats
11-A jingle bell to go on my new collar
10-World peace
I think Iíve been very conservative in my wishes, please make them come true . Iíve been a really good girl. I never bark unless thereís something that needs to be barked at and I never make a mess in the house.
Iíll wait up for you Santa and we can share your cookies and milk, sugar cookies, no chocolate. Maybe Iíll try slipping you a French kiss again! Donít disappoint me this time. Poodle kisses are so sweet.
Yours, All Three Pounds Of Me,
Diva
PS, I'd like a day at that new Puppy Spa to have my hair and nails done and maybe a massage.
Sounds like this diva is going to have a lot of attention. Santa's going to have to get in line, assuming at least one of those Jack Russell Terriers is a male. (I hope I got that right, you with JRTs)
Merry Christmas, Belle. Love and {{{{{hugs}}}}},
Leland
Hey Diva, that Santa looks real familiar! Methinks that the beard and suit hides a Mrs not a Mister! Hope you get all you asked for, but you are already so lucky to belong to LaBelle, the Sweetest Lady that ever took a breathe! LOVE! Sissy
Ho Ho Ho, Santa Fee truly enjoyed this write but it brought to mind a story from last year's Santa adventures. A family brought in their little Chiwauwa doggie and asked if they could get a picture of him with Santa. Trying to accomadate them I agreed but the poor little guy was so nervous he had an accident on my knee, needless to say the boss was not impressed so now no pets are allowed. So if there are places you can get them done please remember to take a thick blanket to put on poor Santa's lap for that reason plus for the kiddies who may come afterwards who may have pet allergies. Thanks for cute story and letting me put out this warning.
