This is sort of, a response type poem, to the song Naked By The Computer. It's also for a friend of mine.

Also, a friend helped me with it, but they did not want thier name mentioned.
Modest mouse. :)

Meteor showers commence, and you breach beneath the spark show
can I only watch in turmoil as you writhe in agony?

Darling, the constellation above you,
has reached the peak of evanesce

Dismal and black,
the night sky has left you feeble in the dark

Your aphotic surroundings,
have stranded you without vision

But still so definite to me, even in this twilight
I can see your twisted contour

Obscure desperation,
in my ambition to void you of your pain

If only I could convey the heavens, bring them down to you
and set ablaze your night sky

If only I could shed some luminosity,
onto your darkened heart.

So well penned and just earthy enough to inspire the reader to enjoy the mistic quality of the poem. Jude would enjoy this one.
