Appu is an experience of a last time , no legs no hands just a human tree stump of wisdom growing on the street side of pain..this picture was shot by my mentor Dr Glenn Losack MDin Mumbai 2008..
Appu is a set on my Flickr photo stream..

Appu my friend
limbless
but happy and contend
irreparable pain
a somnolent god
wont mend
walking tall
Appu
you must befriend
with his smile
the fly attacking his body
he will fend
a stump of a broken tree
no branches ever to defend
these pedestrian lines
for the love of Appu
I have penned

going round and round the bend
