E ver since I was five years old
I sensed the presence of God
L ike children who make believe
E ven sharing meals with them
E verything becomes imaginary
N ever did I have such friends

T he one I whispered to and shared
E verything with was my Creator
R ealizing life through His eyes
E ven though as I grew older I
S hared less time with Him until I
A llowed  temptation to win, and sin

W ith a boy who aroused my passions
A nd soon God was in another dimension
L eft for the hot breath of love, until
D estiny took me to hell and back again
R unning wild in a world of fleeting pleasures
O nly to realize after all the pain, the gain
N eeds God's presence to have any meaning

I am so amazed at your gift to write so well and excellently put your thoughts across, like this gem of a poem, and then I realize you had the best Teacher in life, God. That explains how you can write this beauty.
