I'll choke back these tears.
I'll face my fears.
I'll walk away.
I'll be okay.

It doesn't matter.
It never did.
Fallen once, fallen twice.
This is the last time, I'm not going to fight.

Moving on, letting go.
It's been enough.
I guess I can say, I loved you so.
But things change, pass us by.

Just go ahead, make my day.
Prove to me you're here to stay.
But you can't, so I'll move on.
I'll be the one, to still stand strong.

Trembling lips, shaking knees.
Unspoken words, undiscovered needs.
Broken hearts, hidden lies.
I guess that's it, we're out of time.
Nothing left for us to say, no more thoughts.
At least neither of us, have the guts.
Open up, let me in.
My thoughts were yours, the walls were thin.
Chances pasted, feelings gone.
To be quite honest, you were the one.
But I wasn’t enough, you needed two.
Maybe that’s why you were never true .
So stop this yelling, let’s just talk.
I’m sorry I’m not the one, you thought you knew.
Don’t worry, she’ll be here soon.
You’ll be okay. Just smile, and laugh, and pretend.
It’s all the same in the end.
