Bless... but angels are borne in the eyes and the light falling on the faces and hair of those who are ready to take their leave of this mortal coil, Felix, and it is a beautiful thing to witness. As others have noted and it's true what we all know: it's tough being the ones having to watch them take that first step into flight on their maiden voyage, while our own feet remained glued to earth. May there be peace and a sense of rightness about all this - if, indeed it IS the right time! You will know. Strength and comfort in the passing, Felix. We are at your side(s) xxxxxx
PS... you may not want to read my present post, FUNNY. The title's ironic and I don't think you will find it so right now... Sorry about this! :(( xx |

Fee, long time ago someone told me that at the end of a long life there is the beginning of a eternity and that we shouldn't cry, we shouldn't do it if we loved and care, if we never hurt or disappointed, if we never failed to say thanks, then...the goodbye wouldn't be so heavy, because it will be not weighed down with regrets.
God bless.

Fee, I can feel your love and admiration for your mother in law, A chorus of angels are coming, they will protect and escort her to her new world. She will be happy and at peace. Do not cry for her, she is going to a much better place than she is now. May all the angels in heaven open their arms to her.
God Bless you and your family with much peace, love, and healing light,

Ahhhh, Fee. You've expressed sadness and joy all in the same poem so wonderfully. I had an aunt who lived to be ninety-six. She also had a stroke. I was there when she passed and shortly before she said to me, "Honey, I'm tired and it's time for me to go. Don't be sad, be happy for me."
Hugs,
