WHAT BEAUTIFUL WORDS OF INSPIRATION FLOWS FORTH SO 'GENTLY UNFOLDING'
PHRASES AND IMAGERY OF OUR REDEEMER'S LOVE, CARE AND RESTORATION...EVEN BEFORE WE APPROACH HIM, HE KNOWS JUST WHAT WE STAND IN NEED OF AND HE LIBERALLY GIVES IT TO US. PHRASES, IMAGERY AND RHYME ALL BLEND TOGETHER SMOOTHLY IN THIS FINE WORK. THANKS FOR SHARING AND BLESSINGS. JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS |

I've often burned the midnight oil writing verse into the wee hours of the night myself, so I can relate. Even tho you're on the path less chosen I venture that you're on the "write" path. Be well.

A friend of mine earlier blogged with this quote -
“Stand at the crossroads and look;
ask for the ancient paths,
ask where the good way is, and walk in it,
and you will find rest for your souls.”
~ Jeremiah 6:16
I sense you caught the essence of that this poem reflecting before you went off to sleep.
Always enjoy your posts,

I've been in some of those late night moments where creation folds around you and holds you in the palm of a peacful, tranquil hand. the silence of nature, God's creation - trees - a breeze - the sound of water - a meadow - in the mountains - by the ocean -
Sometimes, we forget that we are only one element of that creation. |
