Odd, waves receding

Exposing sharp, barren shoals

Tsunami warning.

Easier to sleep

Ignore the storm’s destruction

One island untouched.

Another deep crack

In the heart’s very center

More waves tower, break.

All is swept away

Thoughts of higher ground, safety

Lost in the fury.

Prevention? Easy.

Be open to connection

Look, see, listen.

Attracted to the title, I stayed to view the country. Always pay attention. Be aware of your surroundings. Survival depends on location you know. Facing the inevitable, we endure. Dissater will take us if it will. Especially if we tempt the fate it presents. Enjoyed the reading Eileen. Bob

Eileen, a great series in building on each Ku... Well done. Coming from one who spent the last 4 1/2 years living in America's prime Tsunami Zone.... Seaside, Oregon, your words of advice are very wise.

Cheers,
Dan

COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT...BUT SOMETIMES WE CANNOT COMPREHEND THE SEVERITY OF A SITUATION UNTIL IT IS UPON US. WRITTEN WELL WITH GOOD IMAGERY. THANKS FOR SHARING AND BLESSINGS.

You describe how close we are to destruction, to the whims of a storm - one place, unscathed, another, devastated - well done, Eileen.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
