Had a major disappointment at work today. This poem came to me.

Disappointments and heartache

Yes, they come into each life

We have a choice

We can acknowledge and work

through the feelings

Or we can let anger and hurt fester

Lash out and others and go

into a deep hole of despair

If we work through the feelings

and realize Jesus is right beside us

we can become loving to ourselves and others

If we let these feelings fester

our stomach gets in knots

We begin not only to hate others

but hate ourselves

If we don't go to Jesus we feel alone

Without hope

Jesus may I always chose to follow you

No matter what happens

What you have written is true and can happen to any one. Faith and letting go of inner frustrations helps so much. Great poem....M,
