|beautifully done, richard...and yes, that condition, occurs w/Alzheimer's at times, too, and...this is just very well done/one could read it, even if there were no such disease and see much as a metaphor....good/evil... etc./also how sometimes 'fate'...illness such as this, etc/unfair, yet real and this is , in my opinion, an important poem, not always are there answers when such unasked for destinies are 'Lived with'...oh and the line, 'what the heart may wish for/to the flesh but a toy....'God/or Devil's choice...just a fine, thoughtful affecting work...much here, the disease, I can imagine must be in itself so, well... you've said it all here, Excellent work,thanks much for this...|
