What can one say to a man like this?

Last night I tried to pray
through tears that would'nt go away
Satan tried to take me back to the world
to fight and lose my dignity.
I saw trouble coming while traffic
was backed up behind a school bus
Road work had all traffic at a stand still
but a gentleman behind me thought
it was me after blowing for me to move he
stepped up to my car door grabbed the
handle while calling me unmentionable
names and attempting to open my door.
A crowd watch him spit and growl
but thank God for a motorcycle  officer
who witnessed the entire ephisode.
He stepped up to the man and
removed his hands away from my car
and ask him not to call me a
"NIGGER SLAVE WHO NEEDED TO
BE BACK ON THE PLANTATION".
The man did not believe I should have
drivers license because I was Black, and
exactly like that,
is what he said  no nigger should.  It was
not me nor was it the school bus.  Street
and electrical workers were repairing and
clearing the street where an acccident
had occured.  The traffic police took my
information where traffic was tied up to and fro.
I maintained self control and when I finally
arrived  at my humble aboard I prayed and
I weeped through my nerves for this pityful man."
I did not know if he had a weapon, yet I gave him
a look of love as the officer removed him and
wrote him up at his car.  Thank God the
road was opened soon and I was'nt far from home
where I came in while yet crying and told my
friends who are inquisitive about me writing
about a man who is living in the latter dark
age during the year of 2009.

I LOVE YOU LORD AND THANK YOU JESUS FOR KEEPING ME!
Lord save this man.  I don't know him.  Amen!

Amazing in this day and age. What a complete POS. Glad you kept your composure and dignity. Patrick

I am so sorry you were put through all that. It was very generous of you to refer to that ignoramus as a gentleman. He is the farthest thing from it! I wish I could say the blatant racism that you were the target of is "unbelievable." It is maddening -- and frightening -- that so much of that kind of thing still goes on. A friend of mine recently quit a well-paying construction job because his boss tried
to recruit him into the KKK !! I am so glad you are okay, Louisa.
You obviously have a big heart and a great deal of faith. Always stay you. Love, Phyllis

THANK GOD THAT HE GAVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO WITHSTAND THE VERBAL AND EMOTIONAL ASSAULT...ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF TIME AND NOT WORTH THE BREATHS TAKEN. YES...SATAN LIVES...BUT PRAISE GOD... YOU PROVED... HE IS NO MATCH FOR THE BLOOD OF JESUS! GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING. JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Kay's Point well received. We ask God for this type of love, AGAPE, to transcend throughout the Nations and heal wounded souls. It has to be painful to hold on to fear and hate in the same dwelling. Only the Lord is our strength and our salvation, whom shall we fear?

I'm glad you're safe. I can't believe the officer didn't do more than ticket him.

Count your blessings he did not have a gun and that God was watching closely. Sounds like he is a man with an over abundance of hate in his heart. Glad you are okay....

Be always safe,
Karen
