Two women spending their final night
together.

.!#%&*+.#$%&*.#$%&*.#$%&*.#$%&*.#

I held you tight throughout the night
                 as we danced
        I whispered in your ear
             Telling you things
            You needed to hear
                as we danced
I spoke of our first meeting
                as we danced
     Your face was so beautiful
                 those eyes
                 those lips
                as we danced
          Our time was short
                as we danced
          You were the first
                My teacher
                   My all
                as we danced
I wanted you one more time
                as we danced
               There was
      No more rhyme or reason
                as we danced
                our last dance
                our last time

So very sad and yet...to know that kind of love, be it man and woman, woman and woman or man and man, is to know that you have lived life and had the best life has to offer.
