As I wrote this I realized it really isn't a poem. I am not sure what you call it.It's just some things I have learned along the way, and I wondered if it seemed to make sense to you.

Are you stressed

Do you worry about mamny things

You aren't alone

We all have times

when it feels like

we have more problems

than we can handle

We may not be in control

of some of the challenges

But we are in control

in how we handle them

We can fret and cause

ourselves all kinds of stress

Or we can see how we can

solve the problem

Look at our feelings

Turn to Jesus in prayer

and know we have all

the tools we need

Does that mean

we can solve all our

problems by ourself

No, of course not

We need to know when

we need help

and find out what

kind of help we need

So, we can handle

the stress in our lives

We just need to believe

in ourselves, know when we need help

and turn to Jesus

I know someone who could use this: Michelle's friend, Jenny. Be praying for her (and for Michelle, too; they really could use a touch from the Master's Hand)! Well done, Cindy!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :)

Needed, Cindy: yes, I am stressed out. Reading a book by Max Lucado that my twin sis got me at the library: Facing Your Giants. Or, how to focus on God instead of the problem(s) in the way. Keep me in your prayers - excellent advice in these lines.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
