Stray dogs, used for live bait in shark fishing, see the terror in his eyes. I hope those perpetrators will see hell the same way!!!!!!!!!

For those that cannot pray and suffer in silence, before our neglect and cruelty,my birthday wish would always be, that we would treat our creatures with the same deference we give ourselves, when we talk to our and their maker, so many talented authors out there, a stroke of the pen, could help the true meaning of humanity.

What prayers do I say?
when I go to church today,
Forgive me for my coward ness,
I’ve been a coward I confess,
Or I’ve been too busy, too engaged,
while around me storms have raged,
Storms of evil forces, that needs breaking,
instead to flight I’m taking,
Close my eyes, so not to see,
I turn around instead, and flee,
Or pray forgiveness, please oh Lord,
while your true ways I aboard,
The easy way, that’s what I want,
then with your love I do abscond,
I heard you say the least among us,
this must be me, I am feeling thus,
For I sin, and sin, I just can’t win,
how could I be, your next of kin?
For you there stand in innocence and light,
while I wither thus in fright,
To help my fellow creatures in their blight,
from puppy mills, and slaughters ills,
the cruelties a book would fill,
The least among us, is my kin,
and yours; their neglect, that is my sin,
When will I stand and take the fight,
to those that cause your kinship blight,
Give me strength I ask of you,
please show me what to do,
But make it really soon,
the last of wolfs, calls to the moon,
the last stallion running free,
You made for him that great prairie,
The gruesome sport of killing meat,
for fun, or just to eat,
Those are skinned just for their fur,
in gruesome places does occur,
The drowning cesspools of our fish,
the last now served upon our dish,
The slaughter of our trees,
could you stop it please?
But I’m ashamed please do forgive,
again, that’s how I live,
Load my work upon your shoulders just once more,
as so oft I did before,
Forgive me, but I will change,
expand my scope my range,
See more, do more, then I did,
do my utmosts, do my bit?
Today I’ll start with this,
and every ass will kiss,
If just one line, one prayer small
my friends; their pens to arms I call.©28/01/2010

You are a beautiful person for sharing this part of yourself with us. The poem you wrote is touching and I do understandthe feeling. I too, despair at my seeming lack of power to make the abuse and cruelty stop and I pray and I pray, everyday . . . Thank you.

oh, Jasmin! On your birthday you think of those poor creatures you have Always defended by crying out for them! With this prayer and this publication you extend your wishes on their behalf as much as on yours. You are, however, much too hard on yourself.

You have been tireless and fearless in your exposing awful truth most of us never heard of until we read your work. This is a most horrifying example. I'm with all who commented before me -- of course! But, today of all days belongs to you and I wish you peace at heart, Jasmin! good health and joy and a wonderful new year of your life!

Truly one of our greatest sins, these very sad days, and that horrifying picture is beyond words.

Oh Jasmin! and when I thought that man had achieved cruelty's pinnacle you show us that man can be more evil than Evil itself!

This is far far far beyond appalling. It is beyond cruelty. Jasmin are you sure it is not a hoax? If not it needs to U-Tubed for real exposure. I'm with LaBelle, those ***hole fishermen ought to be bait after they've been castrated.. Patrick

Ps Happy Birthday.

Never heard of this Jas, but it sho8uldn't surprise us since the majority of our world live only to please themselves know matter what ungodly ways they use to do it. We need to expose it. Write this as an article and send it to all the writers to sign as a petition, that can be sent to whomever is the appropriate place to get some recognition.

Jasmin,
Again, your great voice cries in a wilderness of indifference and cruelty...just not enough is being done to save and care for the dumb and defenceless. This poem and the picture above churn the gut.
In solidarity,

John

OMG this hit my heart like a bludgeon bat. I never knew this evil existed, we should use the shark fishermen for bait.
