At Vesting’s Will
Lunar dreams…Slumber sweetly;
Birthing upon shooting stars;
Where astral sapphires keep naked
with moons of ruling mars…

The eyes of peacock ever searching;
Your lips pale apricot peach;
Skin undressed within tender silence;
Slumbering dreams we seek to keep…

Closing emerald eyes in stillness;
Carried upon the cosmic vitreous fields;
Weightless from the world divesting;
Gravity will never ecliptically yield…

Your gracile soul belonging to gentleness;
Your ebbing dreams are now at vesting’s will;
So sleep gently precious newfound angel;
Your soul roving past emotions sill…

When cosmic moons cradle stellular presence;
Allow your cares to rest in darkles quiet past;
For tomorrow brings your abiding destiny;
Awakening your fated soul in aura’s rise at last…

My dearest Victoria,
A note to let you know I was here enjoying once again the miracle of your soulful offering, delighting in star-struck wonder of how it is you string together such untouchable phrasing that brings tears to my eyes even as I'm aware I've stopped breathing in my pleasure of the moment.

Another orchid, my sweet friend.

we seek to keep

I think young people in general struggle with this very much. Career or family. Both? Some brilliant imagery of innocence in this, but also a sense of what is natural; the growth/journey. Nicely penned:)

I dunno, kids today. Old before their time.
But having been one once and with the likes, it goes one of three ways.
Your poetry shows one of the romantic ways of one just learning about that powerful inner yearnings.
