My Comforter by Lynna D Roller Friday, February 05, 2010 Rated "G" by the Author. Share Print Save Become a Fan This is my song of praise to my Redeemer.
I raise my voice in songs of praise. I lift my eyes toward heaven. I pay tribute to all His ways. He is my smidgen of leaven. He follows me through each new day. He conceals me beneath His wings. He bids me talk to Him and pray. I know He is the King of Kings. I strive to be my best for Him. I embrace His words in my heart. I fill my soul up to the brim and pray He will never depart. Everyone needs His love and hope to make it through good times and bad. His word will help you live and cope, even though this world can be mad.

Yes, how true that is, and the last line brings that point home. I wish I could write spiritual poetry like this.
