the truth of Mary's lamb!!

The entire family shed tears today. When the doctor said he was sending you away. Your my sister, you've had your days, but nothing matches this escapade. I never thought you were the fool, the day you took your pet to school. I wish I'de listened when you cried, how that animal never left your side. But, to knit me mittens made of fleece, steps over the line of decency. Tomorrow will be an emotional test. For tomorrow we lay your lamb to rest.
