I lived in Japan for three years and enjoyed the Japanese hospitality and Japanese cuisine. Sushi originated in Japan and is an acquired taste. I like the real thing, raw fish! Prepared right, there is nothing quite like it. However, I must admit, as much as I love Japanese, Italian food is still the very best. Enjoy!

A Sushi Haiku X 2

Sushi’s made by hand

Sushi started in Japan

Sushi looks so grand!

Sushi’s made with rice

Sushi is enhanced with spice

Sushi taste so nice!
